Shore Property Maintenance is a family owned business that has been serving the Landscaping needs of Delaware residents for over 35 years. Our company was founded by Ted Nowakowski, Jr. in 1984 and is still run as a family business today.

Our mission is to provide exceptional customer service and a landscape experience second to none. A full-service company, Shore Property Maintenance is equipped to provide landscaping and irrigation services to major subdivisions, commercial clients and residential customers throughout the region.

Each of our divisions assists in providing our clients with landscaping services that range from design build to ongoing maintenance so that each customer may enjoy their property to the fullest.

We are a RainBird® Select Contractor, Member of the Irrigation Association, Member of the Delaware Nursery and Landscape Assoc., as well as an Accredited Business with the Delaware Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating. Our staff includes Certified Pesticide Applicators and Certified Irrigation installers, and college graduates with degrees in Horticulture and Environmental Sciences.
